Project Choose Love LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website, MelissaNicoleLove.com. Melissa Nicole Love's speaking, coaching, and organizational learning services are offered through Project Choose Love LLC, and Melissa Nicole Love is the name under which we present that work. ProjectChooseLove.com is our company's earlier web address, and these terms also apply when you reach this website through that address.

This website describes our services and lets you send inquiries, book conversations, and contact us.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to use this website to learn about our work and to get in touch. When you use it, please do not:

Break any law, or use the website to commit fraud or cause harm.
Try to access parts of the website, its systems, or other people's information that you are not authorized to access.
Disrupt the website, introduce viruses or other harmful code, or overload it with automated requests.
Copy content from the website in bulk using scraping tools or other automated means.
Send messages through our forms that are false, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited advertising.
Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection with a person or organization.

Viewing is not permission to reuse. You may view this website, share links to its pages, and print or save a copy of a page for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Unless we give you written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, adapt, or create works based on our original materials, use them in your own programs, trainings, or products, or present The Pause™ or The What's Next Method™ as your own.

Downloads. If we offer a material for download, such as a worksheet or guide, you may use it for the purpose stated with it. Unless the material says otherwise, that permission does not include reselling it, redistributing it, or removing our name from it.

Materials provided as part of a paid engagement are covered by the agreement for that engagement.

Inquiries, bookings, and service agreements

Inquiries. Sending an inquiry does not create an agreement for paid services, and it does not commit you or us to working together.
Complimentary calls. Booking a complimentary call is a conversation, not a purchase. It does not create an agreement for paid services. Our booking buttons open Calendly, and Calendly's own terms apply to its service.
Paid services. Speaking, coaching, and organizational learning engagements are provided under separate terms that we agree on with each client, such as a proposal, agreement, or client terms. Those terms set out the scope, fees, payment, scheduling, cancellation, and other details of that engagement.
If terms conflict. If the terms for an engagement differ from these Terms of Use, the engagement terms control for that engagement.

What you send us. When you send us information through a form or by email, you keep any rights you have in it. You allow us to use it to respond to you and to consider and provide the services you ask about. We will not publish your message, your name, or your story without your permission. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal details through our forms or by email.

Emails. Agreeing to these terms does not subscribe you to our emails. You receive marketing emails only if you sign up and confirm your subscription, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

Educational content. The content on this website, including articles, videos, talks, and descriptions of The Pause™ and The What's Next Method™, is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not advice for your specific situation.

Service boundaries. Our coaching and organizational learning services support reflection, growth, and decision-making.
