Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit this website or interact with our services.
EFFECTIVE DATE: NOVEMBER 2026
Project Choose Love LLC does not sell your personal information. We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, manage bookings and services, process transactions, and send emails you choose to receive. We disclose information to service providers as needed for these purposes and when required by applicable law.
Â
Who we are
Â
Project Choose Love LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website, MelissaNicoleLove.com, which presents the speaking, coaching, and organizational learning services of Melissa Nicole Love. ProjectChooseLove.com is our company's earlier web address, and visits to this website through that address are covered by this policy. For questions about this policy or your information, email melissa@projectchooselove.com.
Â
Information we collect
Â
Inquiries. When you submit a speaking or organizational inquiry form, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, organization, and details about your request.
Bookings. Our booking buttons open Calendly, a scheduling service, where you enter details such as your name, email address, and preferred time. Calendly shares your booking with us.
Email sign-up. If you subscribe to our emails, we receive your email address, any other details the sign-up form requests, and a record of your consent and confirmation.
Payments. When you pay for a service, the payment service you use processes your payment information. We receive the transaction details we need for our records and to deliver the service, such as your name, contact details, what you paid for, the amount, the date, and the payment status.
Messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Website use. Wix, the platform that hosts this website, automatically collects technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the website that referred you.
Â
How we use information
Â
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver services, process payments and keep transaction records, send emails you have chosen to receive, understand and improve this website, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations.
Â
Emails we send
Â
Service messages. When you contact us, book a call, or pay for a service, we or our service providers send the messages needed to respond and deliver it, such as replies, booking details, receipts, and session information. These are not marketing emails.
Â
Marketing emails. Submitting an inquiry or booking a conversation does not subscribe you to marketing emails. To receive email updates, you must sign up and then confirm your subscription through the confirmation email we send. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
Â
Where information is kept and who receives it
Â
Information is maintained in our business accounts and in the platforms of the service providers we use to run this website and deliver our services. These providers handle information on our behalf:
Â
Wix: website hosting, inquiry forms, contact records, and visitor statistics.
Calendly: call scheduling.
Usercentrics: our cookie consent banner and the record of your cookie choices.
Payment services: payments made through this website's checkout are processed by the payment provider connected to it. Payments sent to us directly, outside this website, are processed by the service you choose.
Email services: our business email and the service we use to send email updates.
Â
We also disclose information when required by applicable law.
Cookies & Tracking
Â
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Some tools use similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage. This website uses:
Â
-
Essential cookies (Wix): set by Wix, our website host, to deliver pages, keep the site secure, and keep it working properly. These are always on because the site needs them.
-
Consent storage (Usercentrics): remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not ask again on every page.
-
Analytics (Wix): Wix's built-in visitor statistics, which show us how many people visit and which pages they view. These run only if you allow analytics cookies.
Â
We have not added advertising cookies, social media pixels, or third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Links to Calendly, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Pinterest take you to those websites, which set their own cookies and follow their own privacy policies.
Â
Your choices. When you first visit, a cookie banner asks for your choice before optional cookies load. You can accept all, deny optional cookies, or choose categories under Settings. To change your choice later, select the privacy settings button shown on this website.
Â
Browser controls. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website from working, and clearing your cookies or site data also clears your saved choice, so the banner will ask again.
Â
Retention and security
Â
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including our business and legal records. This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we rely on established service providers that maintain their own security measures. No website, email, or online transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal details through forms or email.
Â
Where information is processed
Â
We are based in the United States. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries, so your information may be handled outside the country where you live.
Â
Your privacy rights
Â
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email melissa@projectchooselove.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Â
Children's privacy
Â
This website and our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Â
Changes to this policy
Â
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
